It was my first encounter with Dr Syed (I found it refreshing and comforting that he introduced himself with his first name). He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and took the time to explain the different steroids my son had been prescribed over the past year and their relative strengths, even providing a mnemonic to help me remember. He sent a useful video post consultation and I would recommend him to anyone. With the information he provided, I feel more confident treating flare ups of my son's eczema and won't have to see a GP as often in future.

I came in to see Dr Arif about my health issues. He was so approachable and had a very good listening ear . He didn't mind taking time over my health issues . He was very encouraging of my recent achievement in reducing my recent blood sugars and also talked about alternative holistic approach . Seriously highly recommend Dr Arif . He really didn't mind me asking him so many questions . Thankyou Dr Arif for your support and I'd be happy to go on your wall of fame at the surgery . He has come across as a very caring Dr.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of speaking with Dr S Arief. I am so grateful to get to speak to a new generation gp. All gps work very hard and somehwere along the line patients can become just a number to tick off ready for the next one. However Dr S Arief listens. He shows that he cares and want to really help and empathise. He looks at the symptoms and illness from all angles. He offers ideas that are helpfull and relevant whilst also treating the patient like a human being. Empathy and compassion have been lost with a lot of Drs but not this one! Please dont ever change and keep up the good work!
