We saw Dr Gada for both of our children and cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first appointment, he took the time to really get to know our children as individuals, as well as understanding us as a family, which made such a difference throughout what was at times a complex and emotional process. He was always incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to arranging assessments, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Most importantly, he had a wonderful way with children, they both felt relaxed and at ease in his clinic, which meant a great deal to us as parents. His reports were thorough, clearly written and precise in both his diagnoses and recommendations, giving us the information we needed to advocate effectively for our children's support. We felt very lucky to have had Dr Gada supporting our family and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a paediatrician who is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring.

From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank Dr Gada enough for the profound impact they have had on our daughter Xha’lay’s life. After years of uncertainty, Dr Gada truly listened, believed us, and took the time to understand Xha’lay as an individual. They identified the diagnosis that others had missed and recommended the genetic testing that ultimately revealed a rare condition: Kleefstra syndrome type 2. That diagnosis changed everything—it gave us clarity, understanding, and, most importantly, direction. Crucially, it was only after Dr Gada’s recommendation and detailed report that an EHCP process was started. Three years later, we are still waiting for support through the NHS. Without Dr Gada’s intervention, our non-verbal autistic daughter would likely have been placed in a mainstream school, expected to navigate an unfamiliar world while struggling with communication, mental health, and overwhelming demands—an outcome that would have been deeply damaging for her. Thankfully, because of Dr Gada’s expertise and advocacy, this did not happen. The EHCP was conducted on time, and Xha’lay was able to access the provision she truly needed, securing a place in an all-autistic school where she is understood, supported, and able to thrive. Since her diagnosis and the right support being put in place, Xha’lay has gone from strength to strength. Her progress, confidence, and future are all rooted in that first crucial step—being properly assessed by someone who genuinely cared. Dr Gada’s compassion, professionalism, and commitment made all the difference. This is a doctor who does what the system so often fails to do: puts the child first. We will be forever grateful for the difference they have made to our daughter’s life and to our family.

Dr Gada makes a tough topics easier to tackle with his kind and caring way with children. He is patient and takes time to carefully question and challenge to fully assess the child, whilst keeping them calm and happy to engage. Really cannot fault his approach and am very pleased with how we have been treated whilst under his care.

Appointment for medication review for ADHD. As always Dr Gada was great . He communicated so well with my son, asking him how he felt about the medication and if it was helping him.

Dr Gada engaged well with my very anxious young son trying different ways to communicate with him in a respectful and age appropriate way. He has an open, approachable manner and the assessment was extremely thorough. As my son has poor concentration and attention the assessment was long (3.5 hours face to face) with a break. It may have been better to split the assessment into 2 shorter sessions as the extent of his learning disability could not be determined as my son was ready to go home. It was helpful to be given the diagnosis there and then in a sensitive way. The detailed report followed soon after. We would have liked more specific strategies personalised to our son for our main concerns as it felt like there was a multitude of links to self-directed reading which was overwhelming although with time we are navigating our way through this and they are helpful. A follow up would have been really good to have been offered. After an emotional report to read detailing all of the many issues our son has after we felt Dr Gada really got to know our son and us as a family we are now left to continue this new journey without anyone overseeing it from a professional point of view which feels quite daunting. This is not a criticism but a fact. The "what happens next" is down to us as parents. Our son came away happy from the assessment and for a child so direct and will say what he thinks has not said anything negative which is a huge compliment! Overall we really like and respect Dr Gada and are grateful to him for his time to get to know us and our son we just wish we could see him again!

It was a wonderful experience consulting with Dr Gada. These kind of assessments are quite pivotal in a Child's life. Naturally as parents, we were very anxious and concerned. He made us very comfortable right from the beginning, patiently listened to our story, observed and interacted with our child and addressed all our concerns. We loved the fact that he spent more than an hour just interacting with our child in various ways and understanding her delays and limitations before giving us a thorough explanation about the situation and the way forward. We loved how calm and reassuring he is as a person and we also love it when someone wholeheartedly interacts with our child understanding her strengths and weaknesses. Ayanna loved him, and so did we. We would fully recommend him to every parent who's seeking a thorough assessment for their children. Much gratitude to Dr Gada again !!

Dr Gada and his team are absolutely exceptional! We had a very positive experience throughout the whole process - from the initial contact with his office, all the way up to the day of the assessment of our 4 year old son. Dr Gada is incredibly talented not only in his field of expertise, but also in the soft and often delicate skill of gaining a child's attention and trust. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Dr Gada and everyone involved. We are happy, proud parents who have been put at ease on how to manage our son's condition moving forward!

Dr Gada carried out a full neurodevelopmental assessment of our 7 year old son at Spire Dunedin, Reading in August 2025. He was very good at relating to our son and was able to conduct a thorough assessment of him leading to an ADHD and DCD diagnosis. We had lots of questions which Dr Gada was very patient in answering and also very clear. We would highly recommend this doctor if you are looking for advice and support for a neurodivergent child.
