Dr Pal has been looking after me for many years he always listens to what I say Itrust him with my life
I am delighted to give feedback on Dr Pal, who has been my renal consultant since September 2018. Dr Pal is always friendly and relaxed, yet completely professional in his manner. He manages the time we have available efficiently, yet always carefully explains my blood results and asks me pertinent questions. He always checks my fistula and veins (since June 2021) and explains the need for any new required medication. He is always interested in how I am coping with my condition and, from my very first appointment, has been preparing me, mentally, for eventual dialysis/transplant. During lockdown I had a few, excellent telephone consultations with him, but always look forward to our appointments because Dr Pal reassures me, puts me at ease and gives me hope and confidence.
Very approachable and answered all my questions
Dr Pal is an excellent Doctor who is able to explain complex information in an easy to understand manner.
He always takes the time to understand your queries & anxiety. He has a pleasant manner about him.
Very pleasant and polite, explained test results outlining normal ranges against my results and what that meant to my treatment and future plans.
Gave timeline for next appointment and what my role is prior to the appointment e.g. blood pressure and blood tests. Blood forms given prior to leaving.
