I highly recommend Dr Shiroma De Silva. My experience was very good, and i am glad I spoke to her. Especially in a time of worry and concern over the Christmas Period. Not only did she listen to me. But she recommended me to another Dr in the concerning area. I was concerned I had a breast lump, but thanks to Dr Shiroma De Silva, she offered to get me seen very quickly by another top specialist. I went and my concerns were eased as I was told everything was fine. I would recommend this Dr to anyone having the same concerns, not only is she a good Doctor. She is a very attentive and caring person as well.

LIFE SAVER and OUTSTANDING ONCOLOGIST!!!!!!!!! Dr De Silva-Minor is the best Oncologist you could ever ask for. She is so kind, caring, compassionate, highly experienced in breast cancer and goes above and beyond to reassure you and make what is a very scary situation for everyone feel that she’s has your very best interests at heart and will talk you through a plan that’s best for you personally. Shiroma certainly has such expertise in her field and the confidence you have from this is priceless!!!!! I have been with Shiroma for 7 years now and I know for a fact that without her I would not have survived this long with Metastatic breast cancer and anyone out there that has been diagnosed with breast cancer I can’t recommend Shiroma highly enough as she really is a one in a billion Oncologist and I make sure she knows this every time I have an appointment with her as I can’t thank her enough for what she has done and still is doing for me which is keeping me alive and making me feel like she’s definitely with me on this journey and is always there for me doing what she does best. Thank you so so so much Shiroma (my hero) xx

I have been a patient under Dr De Silva-Minor's care for the past five years and she has always been professional in her approach, but at the same time very caring on a personal level. Having being diagnosed with male breast cancer at the age of 38, it has been tough understanding what was a predominantly female disease. Dr De Silva-Minor has always made the time to explain things to me in a understandable and compassionate way. I would highly recommend being under her care and would not wish for any other Oncologist.
