Staff very kind and helpful.

All of the staff here are wonderful. I am being cared for exceptionally by Hailey, Edna, Shiney, Tracey, Caroline and the reception team. They are wonderful people who take exceptional care over their patients. Having gone through a difficult time I couldn't hope for a more caring team to look after me and I'm very grateful.

A clean, calm and relaxing environment with plenty of parking, which really matters.

I have been going to Genesis Care for four years as a private patient for both Cancer treatment and aftercare. The facility and staff are excellent in all aspects. I have always felt very well looked after. The whole team from the receptionist to the consultants are very approachable and caring.

My appointments at Genesis care have always been professional and caring. The nursing and radiology staff are kind and helpful . Ms Maclean has always been clear in my path forward ,explaining every detail of possible outcomes and next steps with a compassionate ,professional manner.

GenesisCare Oxford provided a very comfortable, well equipped and friendly environment for Cancer treatment. All staff that I interacted with are extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. It made the whole ordeal so much easier, I felt in very safe hands. Thank you all for the care you provided. You are all amazing. I would highly recommend this facility and everyone that works there.

Most times I was seen on time. The waiting area was comfortable and all the staff pleasant.

I received fantastic care at GenesisCare Oxford during my recent diagnosis and pre-operative appointments for breast cancer surgery. I encountered many members of staff during my various appointments and all of them were friendly, kind and reassuring. Nobody wants to be diagnosed with cancer, but I feel very fortunate to have been looked after by the excellent team at GenesisCare.
