Dr Milner was both polite and courteous and at all times listened and was interested in what I was saying, and she gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions.

The receptionist are very friendly and informative. My recent consultation with Dr Milner was very friendly & reassuring of my condition, The description of the medicines I was taking was very clear aswell. Only negative I could say about Dr Milner is I have two healthy boys two & six years of age but when they are in need to see a gp they seem to be rushed through and it doesn't seem they have as much time for them. All in all I'm very satisfied with the service at ripley medical centre and the staff that work there.

Doctor was fantastic but over 3 hours to see a doctor was a bit to long

Had a pleasant visit to Sarah Milner today she was very reassuring a very good listener and I actually left the doctors knowing she genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of my problem.

Very patronising and quite unhelpful, not what you want from a Doctor!!

I was very disappointed. After being ill for 4 months not only was I late going in to see her (after being told on screen 1 minute wait) I was in and out in less than 2 minutes not even an examination! It seemed to me that the person in front who took 20 minutes resulted in me being assessed as either a timewaster which I am not, or a good way to grab back the time used on the previous patient. I am still ill, but why bother going back, I will either always have this illness or pop off sometime, and nobody will ever know or care. I am so disappointed. I do wonder if these reviews are looked at and attributed to patients resulting in this sort of attitude. I have no confidence at all in getting my current illness assesses properly.
