Dr Oyibo has been treating me for over two years for an overactive thyroid. He has kept me fully informed throughout that time and discussed all aspects of the treatment and the implications involved. He has responded both by letter and phone - if I ever needed advice or reassurance about my condition he has phoned me and discussed the progress of my treatment. He discussed the relative merits of radioactive iodine treatment or thyroid surgery and when it was decided that radioactive iodine would be better then he kept me informed about what to expect.

Over the past 3-4 years I have been under the care of Dr Oyibo and found him to be a very professional consultant. He is a good listener and responds in simple terms that are easy to understand. From the initial meeting and the diagnosis of my health problem it became easy for me to put my full trust in Dr Oyibo, to the point now, that when I have a question his response is personal. We correspond by telephone and letters which is very reassuring. I am retired but still work on a part time basis, will not complain about the NHS (which I consider to being a very well worthwhile National Institution) and certainly never about the staff who I consider to do a very good job considering........ My only issue is with the appointment times. Please try to keep to the appointed time. It seems that a delay of 1 - 1.5 hours is acceptable. Sorry, it's not. It is simply a matter of time management.

Dr Oyibo takes good care of my maintenance programme of my health. I have had a prolactin tumour for 26 years and I see him yearly. He is very thorough with my blood test and questions and listens to any concerns I have. Thank you for my wonderful care.
