Dr Daniels cared for my mother whilst she was in Charing Cross Hospital and she asked me to go on-line to say how helpful, professional and kind he is.

Dictated by patient 10 days ago. "Dr. Daniels has been particularly patient in explaining the results of my scans and other matters - working with me to help me to understand the impact of the injuries which I suffered". Sister of patient. My brother greatly appreciated Richard Daniels coming to see him last night before leaving for his new job in A & E at another hospital and applauded him for his choice. It was a great psychological boost for him to hear that he had improved physically beyond expectation and will continue to do so; it is a conversation that I expect he will want/need to be reminded of in the future and one for which I thank him most sincerely.

Listens to the MDT members, goes the extra mile without complaining. Considers all options for the patients. Makes an effort to get to know the team and who does what.
