"Dr. Daniels has been particularly patient in explaining the results of my scans and other matters - working with me to help me to understand the impact of the injuries which I suffered".
Sister of patient.
My brother greatly appreciated Richard Daniels coming to see him last night before leaving for his new job in A & E at another hospital and applauded him for his choice.
It was a great psychological boost for him to hear that he had improved physically beyond expectation and will continue to do so; it is a conversation that I expect he will want/need to be reminded of in the future and one for which I thank him most sincerely.
