Dr Hall Has shared extremely useful information that has improved my well being and understanding of dysautonomia. She has enabled me to take charge of my recovery and boost my well being. She is knowledgeable and shows a lot of empathy and I felt truly listened to. I highly reccommend her.

Dr Hall was the first person I have spoken to in over 3 years of struggling with long covid/ME who actually listened empathetically, and provided helpful and positive advice. I wish I had been referred to her a long time ago! She was thorough in exploring all relevant areas (sleep, diet, exercise etc) but did it by following my thought process rather than imposing her own agenda. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to speak to her, and left feeling much more hopeful and encouraged.

Rebecca helped me and was a great listener and treated me with respect and listened even though as normal I went off on a tangent! It was a great help to be given plenty of links to help me navigate the next stages and answered all my questions and treated me with dignity and most importantly humanity in this digital age. Rebecca clearly is an asset to the the NHS and healthcare and would have no hesitation in recommending her as a great advocate of this service. Thank you.

Dr Hall gave me plenty of time to discuss issues and had a holistic approach to the way forward. She clearly explained and planned the next steps to be taken regarding my health and followed it up by providing all the information we had discussed by email. I enjoyed speaking to her as I found her a positive and pro active professional who treated me as an intelligent woman.

Engaging, listened well and offered insightful, considered approaches. Dr Hall did not come to the meeting/appointment with her own agenda, rather, she encouraged me to voice what I was seeking from the service. I felt that Dr Hall came to the table, ready to look at the situation from a holistic and individualised stance.

Caring, perceptive, insightful, takes a holistic view of health, AND knows what she's talking about?? I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my experience with Dr Hall, I've never met a doctor like her. She even somehow managed to convince me to refer myself to talking therapies, which I absolutely didn't think I needed, and so stubbornly didn't want to do, but definitely did need to, as it turns out. Who knew? Not me, clearly, but Dr Hall noticed. Thank you, truly.

It was a fabulous experience where I felt heard and all options were discussed. I was listened to and had my views considered, when planning the next steps. I feel totally supported and have a plan to help make the best recovery that I can, with the right support. Great doctor, very helpful and shared so much useful information without unnecessary jargon. Highly recommend, great service and very knowledgable
