I have always found the staff to be incredibly polite and helpful, and are positive and welcoming. Telephoning in to book on-the-day appointments can be somewhat tricky as they receive a large number of calls in the morning, so visiting when the surgery opens to book an appointment in person is the most assured way of booking - however this is of course not possible for all patients.

Not always easy to get appointments but if you ring at 8 on the day you can get one. In a time when surgeries are stretched they really are doing their best and you can with some patience get an appointment same day!
