He is a pleasure to talk to. He takes time to explain things and listens to what I have to say. He is always aware of you background notes. I cannot see any way he could improve as I feel his service is first class.

I found Dr Dempsey to be an excellent communicator with an ability to ensure I understood my diagnosis. He used medical terminology when necessary bearing in mind my own nursing background whilst making full use of the computer when explaining the findings of my scan. Dr Dempsey embodies all that is good with regard to patient care, never once did I feel decisions were rushed and future treatment was given due consideration before any further action was to be taken. All in all, meeting Dr Dempsey was like a 'breath of fresh air'!

Can't thank Dr Dempsey and especially the team at Accident and Emergency enough. I feel very lucky to have been under the supervision of these professionals expertise and understanding and bow to you all!!! The after care in the ward was excellent. The nursing staff were so caring and had a regimental routine which was good because you knew what and when to expect. Having a room on your own aided my quick recovery. All I can say is a big "THANK YOU." Your all worth your weight in gold!! My only quibble was that I was left sitting in the corridor for 1 1/2 hours on discharge waiting for my prescription. (The room was needed, couldnt get into the waiting room as it was occupied).

I found Dr Dempsey very easy to Understand, He showed me My Chest xray and explained my problem, then explained and re-assured me that my condition hadn't got any worse over the last & years, he also told me he would write to my GP and advise her that when I needed an antibiotic the dosage would have to be higher Dosage for a longer period. He advised me I would benefit from a saline Nebulser and set me up with one of these. I have been feeling a lot better of late of late and I feel this was all due to Doc Dempsey
