Takes time to listen and checks the details from notes, including a comprehensive review rather than just previous few notes. Excellent and re assuring and if there is no need for a diagnosis in notes (i.e. its now passed and been dealth with) or tablets that do nothing he is prepared to remove them. A very good aspect
