Went to the walk in seen within 10 minutes the doctor greeted me made me feel relaxed. Listened to my problem and gave me feedback straight away about my problems and new what medicine to prescribe straight away. Overall very good service form this doctor.

I am a life long sufferer of hay fever. Now when I say sufferer I don't mean I get itchy eyes and sneeze I mean I look and feel like I have a bad cold and my nose gets so bad it means I'm unable to do anything other than lay on my back to try and stop it running. Dr Omer Latif was incredibly understanding and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time as some have a tendency to do. He went out of his way to issue medication he genuinely thought would help my situation and encouranged me to return if I didn't find relief with what I had been given.
