I found Dr Oliver Cohen to be very personable and easy to chat to in discussing my disease and associated issues. He is obviously very knowledgeable in his field (haematology) and allies this with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. His explanations were very clear and easy to understand. All in all, I am very confident that I am in good hands with Dr Cohen looking after me! Many thanks.

I have only once been seen by a Dr whom I didn't think knew anything about Amyloid. This was, for me, a very scary situation to be in. Luckily he moved onto another area within the hospital in Manchester. Dr Cohen was welcoming and supportive and gave me the chance to raise any questions or queries I had with him. I felt safe in the knowledge that he understood about my illness. I think he ought to move back to Manchester and work at the MRI!!!!!!We need more Amyloid Drs in Manchester to support the lovely Dr Rocci in Manchester Royal! Dr Cohen, please keep doing what you are doing!
