Dr Neeraj Purohit introduced himself at the beginning of my procedure, he explained fully what he was going to do. He also asked if I had any questions and answered them fully. During the procedure he again told me what he was doing every step of the way. After the procedure he came to see me asking how I was doing. To begin with Dr Purohit put me at ease has I was feeling extremely nervous when I first arrived, after he explained what he was going to do i had a better understanding which again putting me at ease. Dr Purohit was extremely professional, thoughtful and kind. I could not have asked for anything more. I would also like to add that every other member of staff that took care of me for my procedure where also very professional. I would like to say a big thankyou to everyone involved.

Dr Neeraj Purohit explained everything in detail and talked me through the whole procedure. I had total confidence in him from the beginning. He also spent some time after the procedure showing me the scans. He described in detail what the scan showed; what were other potential problem areas; and precisely what outcome I could expect post procedure. He was also very pleasant and approachable.
