Can we model all Consultants and Drs on Dr Mo Aye please ! I feel fortunate to be under the care of Dr Aye as I have been for quite a few years. He is attentive to health issues , makes me feel that I am not alone , listens and is dedicated to improving my endocrine conditions. He has improved my quality of life greatly and has my endocrine conditions managed as best as they possibly can be. He has always been a step ahead on this journey and its many complications and taken the time to help me understand my Pituritary tumour and its effects. He keeps me informed and is open and honest . I feel much gratitude for Dr Aye , an excellent Dr , always professional and makes this world a better place .

I saw Dr Mo Aye today and have to say what a lovely man he is. He listened to me and explained everything with great detail but in lay mans terms. He has super bed side manner and nothing seemed too much trouble. He is certainly an asset to HRI . I don’t think he could do anymore than he is now just held back by poor management as he is restricted to how quick he can help people due to ridiculously long waiting lists. A five star gentleman.

It was a pleasure to consult Dr Aye, perhaps with physicians such as him there is a future for the NHS. He introduced himself professionally, was an excellent listener both to me and my wife, and engaged with us in a way that respected our level of knowledge. He was firm in his opinions and gave me the utmost confidence in his abilities. Most important, to me anyway, was that he is unafraid to express doubt and uncertainty where indeed there is doubt and uncertainty. This I found most refreshing. In summary, a gentleman with superb communication skills, and the ability to empathise with a patient.

I have had consistently good care from Dr Mo Aye and his team. He has shown great understanding and interest, and has supported me every step of the way. I have always had clear information as to what is happening and he listens if I have any queries, putting my mind at rest immediately when he can or seeking help from his colleagues to give me a solution if possible. He is very approachable and I feel confident in his care.

If you decided to create the perfect doctor from scratch in a laboratory, the result would look something like Dr Aye. There isn’t much I can add to the glowing comments made by his previous patients and their families, but I have to reiterate how wonderful this doctor is. He is everything you could wish for in a medical professional: empathetic, compassionate, polite, calm, respectful, reassuring, friendly and very personable. In terms of professionalism, his subject knowledge is demonstrably vast, and his attention to detail and diligence exemplary. Unlike some in his field, there is no arrogance or ego (and I think all the more of him for it) – just a genuine desire to help each patient and ensure they receive the very best care, leading to the very best possible outcome. Dr Aye cared for my father at Hull Royal Infirmary and care is definitely the operative word. If you ever have cause to be treated by Dr Aye, rest assured you are the absolute best hands possible.
