From a patient point of view, Dr Aye is the ideal consultant. He has a very friendly with a respectful manner and listened intently to my views and feelings. He has been very detailed in his description of medical issues and that was very reassuring to me as I am someone who likes to know everything so I can then deal with the situation. He prepared me for major surgery through medication and advice and support, he also used his specialist nurse to help me through difficult periods when trying to come to terms with my condition. Dr Aye made himself available at all times and he communicated with me via the phone and email on a regular basis. Although my eventual procedure was surgery, Dr Aye fostered the team approach to my care by putting me first and assured me that the Surgical and Renal teams were all working together in order to provide the specialist care I needed. Immediately after surgery Dr Aye and his team supported my ongoing recovery by carefully monitoring my medication requirements. I have a follow-up appointment with Dr Aye but eventually I will revert back to my Renal consultants for my ongoing care. Dr Aye is a very professional and personable consultant and I would recommend anyone to be under his care if the need arises.

Fantastic Doctor. Took the time to listen to me full as a person not just a number. This despite never having met Dr Aye before.

My GP referred me to Dr Aye because of the issues I have with taking various medications. I had been advised by my GP to take vitamin D supplements because of low blood results and to aid a tablet to take for osteoporosis. Consequently I had adverse reactions to these. I have been taking HRT for over 20 years and am currently reducing the dosage. Dr Aye immediately put my mind at ease by explaining about the levels of vitamin D plus he showed me my previous bone scan results which I had seen before but never fully understood. Before attending the appointment I was very apprehensive about my situation but after talking to Dr Aye I left feeling very positive and looking forward to finally coming off the HRT and hopefully improving my heart and stroke risks, which were explained to me could have increased because of the length of time I have been taking them. I would without doubt recommend Dr Aye to anyone who wanted concise well informed answers to questions. Thank you

Dr Mo Aye is one of the best doctors I have been treated by, he is very knowledgeable in his field, explains symptoms, test results and available treatments in an easy to understand way. He is always very professional whilst being pleasant and patient and I always leave feeling I am getting the very best care available. This is not just a job to him it is his vocation and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any future patients.
