Dr Clementson was very helpful and understanding. He discussed all treatment options available to me and once he had ascertained that some of the treatments available had been tried and had not been too effective, we discussed together which of the other available treatments might be best pursued. He referred me back to a specialist and took the time to copy all relevant documents relating to my previous referral so that I would have the name of the doctor concerned. He prescribed me an emollient which is very important for my day to day comfort and he made sure that it was placed back on to my repeat prescription list. I came away from my appointment feeling confident and positive!

Dr Clementson has a friendly and professional manner. He answers questions related to my concerns with clarity. He explains the medication being recommended and why it would be best to help me. I have had telephone conversations with him when I have been worried about an on going medical problem. I find his manner reassuring but not condescending. It also helps that his consultation times include early mornings which help enormously when taking my own working times into consideration.
