Dr Clementson was very helpful and understanding. He discussed all treatment options available to me and once he had ascertained that some of the treatments available had been tried and had not been too effective, we discussed together which of the other available treatments might be best pursued. He referred me back to a specialist and took the time to copy all relevant documents relating to my previous referral so that I would have the name of the doctor concerned. He prescribed me an emollient which is very important for my day to day comfort and he made sure that it was placed back on to my repeat prescription list. I came away from my appointment feeling confident and positive!
