Having just finished my treatment with Dr Lyn Jones, I left feeling that I had received the best treatment and professionalism any one could ask for. I was made to feel at ease from the time I was met in the waiting by Pauline to the time I finished my treatment. I had foam sclerotherapy for my varicose veins and microsclerotherapy for my thread veins in both legs. I am now looking forward to showing off my legs on holiday without hiding them in trousers.

It is 5 months on from when I received EVLA and sclerotherapy for multiple varicosities, to both legs. I was very conscious wearing skirts/shorts and felt 'guilty' about spending a large sum of money on what I considered 'cosmetic' treatment. Lyn Jones at Veincentre, Bristol was excellent. She listened to my concerns, was professional and reasurring. The 90 minute treatment gave me some brief discomfort but no real pain. In the follow up appointment 2 months later, I confess to feeling a bit ' rushed' but the waiting room was busy. Lyn reassured me that the prominent veins still visible would settle as I had some thrombophlebitis (a common side effect) and they are continuing to look less evident. In conclusion, I have absolutely no regrets on having this treatment, I felt it was ( a lot!) of money well spent and can now confidently wear skirts and shorts. My husband (who was reluctant about me having the procedure) commented 2 months on that there was an 'amazing improvement' ; high praise indeed!! Thank you Lyn!

I found Dr. Lyn to be friendly,easy to talk to, and professional. She immediately put me at ease as i was quite nervous.

Very professional at all times but also very personal, I felt very comfortable with both Dr. Jones and Pauline. During the procedure they were both lovely and kept me calm. I felt Dr. Jones was accurate in the amount of pain/discomfort I would be in throughout the procedure. There was no pressure for me to go ahead with the procedure just total honesty with how much it would cost, the actual procedure and the healing process. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!

Dr Lyn Jones made me feel totally at easy during all stages of my endovenous and foam sclerotherapy treatments. At the initial consultation she was very understanding, supportive and honest about treatment/recovery and costs. My experience was very positive and comfortable. I attended the Vein Centre in Bristol and was treated by Dr Lyn Jones. From initial consultation to Follow Up appointment Dr Jones was brilliant. Very professional but friendly and caring. The treatment was fully explained along with the pros and cons and I did not find the treatment painful. I can 100% recommend Dr Lyn Jones if you are considering varicose vein treatment.

Lyn and the team at the Veincentre Bristol were wonderful. Lyn instantly makes you feel at ease with her calm and pleasant manner. She is there to help and advise without any insistence. The whole team are caring and full of help and advice. The results of the procedures are yet to be fully seen but so far I am very happy.

I have recently had Vein surgery with Dr Lyn Jones,and even though it is not yet completed I have great confidence it will be perfectly alright. I felt quite at ease in the surgery especially with both ladies being very friendly and answering any questions.
