Justin shared his experience and knowledge with us prior to the operation and settled any concerns and frustrations wonderfully. He has great feeling for his patients and treats them as individuals, not easy in the pressure world of modern medicine. No operation is unique to him I would guess but it was to us, he understood and dealt with this with compassion and kindness.

He was courteous yet at the same time friendly and approachable. His initial review was a bit rushed as I was about to be taken off for another procedure but I think he covered what he needed. In the theatre he gave confidence with his friendly manner.

As a non medical expert , I do not feel qualified to recommend Justin or not.
I can comment that my personal experience was as good as it possibly could have been, and Justin and his assistant Anna dealt with me with care, compassion and professionalism.
It happened to be my 50th Birthday and the team sang for me which was very sweet.
This sort of process of reviewing should be ongoing , not just for a specific period to ensure consistency . I say this not purely for Justin but for all of the medical practioners .

I was treated at the BMI mount Alvernia on 9th June 2015 and Dr Justin Kirk-Bayley was my anaesthetist. I can highly recommend him. He was the right balance of courteous, professional and reassuring that helps to make an unpleasant experience to be as good as it can. I am very grateful to have been under his care.
