Superb treatment at the endoscopy department at Mount Alvernia. I was booked in for a colonoscopy and was treated very well by all the staff from the beginning to the end. Very clean and calm atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the way I was kept informed all the time and the way I was looked after.
I thoroughly recommend this hospital and would certainly wish to be treated there again should the need arise.

Sometimes notes were not available for the consultants which made there job’s difficult also pharmacy didn’t always release the right amount of drugs consultants asked for, my consultant and surgeon was fantastic the nurses on the chemo day unit were lovely just some miscommunication in between sometimes

Parking is limited and challenging at this hospital, however I always managed to get parked ahead of my appointments. The security at the car park aim to help the patients with parking by suggestions suitable locations in car park in a timely manner.

I attended the physiotherapist after being referred by a consultant at the hospital.
The consultant was thorough in in diagnosis and physio professional.
I was given a fantastic recovery program and the physio educated me throughout each visit how to do the exercises, the reason behind them and the muscles related to each exercise so I could recognise what areas needed help. This going forward so I can recognise in the future areas that need addressing. Excellent and lovely people. Would recommend them.

Mount Alvernia is a wonderful place. The staff are amazing, happy and helpful.
