Parking is limited and challenging at this hospital, however I always managed to get parked ahead of my appointments. The security at the car park aim to help the patients with parking by suggestions suitable locations in car park in a timely manner.

I attended the physiotherapist after being referred by a consultant at the hospital.
The consultant was thorough in in diagnosis and physio professional.
I was given a fantastic recovery program and the physio educated me throughout each visit how to do the exercises, the reason behind them and the muscles related to each exercise so I could recognise what areas needed help. This going forward so I can recognise in the future areas that need addressing. Excellent and lovely people. Would recommend them.

I attended Mount Alvernia Hospital today (Saturday 27 March) for an Endoscopy. The procedure was carried out very professionally by Mr Abbassi and his team and the staff on the ambulatory ward were all very kind and helpful. An excellent experience all round.

There were some caring nurses in oncology but not a good experience overall. The hospital admin were disorganised. Reading reviews elsewhere I see others had similar issues. Unfortunately had to deal with a disrespectful, pretty incompetent private secretary. The oncologist was insensitive to say the least. Constant poor and inaccurate communications from both the oncologist and private secretary were draining. Certainly not what you need when dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Would not recommend or trust this private hospital.
