This doctor is very rude he laughs at you so then you think it's in your head but it's not you have to go and see another doctors who trust you like a patient doctor Hoffman should treat any patient with respect you try and explain your problem he looks at you strangely then you have repeat it again he one of the few doctors at balmoral who only care for people who work or up their street

I think that it is very difficult for patients and doctors to build up a relationship in ten minutes and then when you want to see the same doctor again you are told that you can the not do that for two weeks it is never going to enable a satisfactory situation. Doctor Hofmann is a very good doctor as are the others in the surgery. They have to work under a reaigeme of fiscal incompetents from Westminster run by a minister who has no idea about the health service. This leaves the two most important contributers to the system, namely the medical profession, including doctors who have taken the hypocratic oath and the patients they attend, out in the cold. These surveys will have no merit and will not help to solve any problems that may exist, because they do not address the route causes of the system.
