Dr O'Byrne observed during an unrelated appointment that I was anaemic and swiftly ordered blood tests and examination before an urgent referral to the Royal Stoke. Colonography and gastroscopy proved negative and I was discharged. Dr O'Byrne telephoned the Consultant, re referred me for a colonoscopy when it was found I had bowel cancer. Dr O'Byrne was very supportive throughout and I am very grateful to him.

Dr O'Byrne manages a fantastic practice. I have been his patient for over 10 years and I recommend him constantly to other people living in his catchment area. He is exceptionally caring and absolutely has the patients best interests at heart. His staff are always helpful and nothing is ever a problem. You can get an appointment pretty much whenever you need one and have never experienced having to wait for one. Keele practice deserves 5 stars all round and I hope Dr O'Byrne remains here until he retires.
