She listened, examined me, explaining what she was doing and why and then explained the diagnosis and explained what medication she was going to prescribe and what to be aware of. Very patient and very personable as well as being professional

I am so grateful to Dr Laura. She saw me this morning in A&E, and she was the first person to identify my breathing problems which have caused me issues for almost 4 years. She listened, she was empathetic, and she gave me a huge amount of information so I could go back to my GP once I’m better to get the long term treatment I need. I wish her GP practice was near me - we need more doctors like her. Thank you
