Dr Whitehouse is one of the best GP’s I have ever met. She listened to me when nobody else would and had a great knowledge of my condition. She is kind and empathetic, and explained things really well when I didn’t understand. I would highly recommend Dr Whitehouse.

Hello, I have been a patient in the practice for about 10 years now. Doctors are very good there. Unfortunately I have only experienced negativity from one single Doctor in here. It is Dr Emma Whitehouse. I try to avoid her because she is not helpful at all, but sometimes receptionist give appointments based on availability and there is no other choice. This time proves that I will do my best in future to get any doctor but her. Behaviour is upsetting. It is not ok to answer with rude tone when I ask questions I do not understand (I do not have medical degree), it is not ok to roll your eyes up during the consultation, it is not ok to open door letting me out while I still ask questions. Going home very frustrated and confused.

Zero knowledge or understanding of health problems whatsoever. Recommend any other Doctor at the Upper Gordon Road Surgery but her. Do not waste your time (and health).
