Puts you at ease. Has a fantastic memory for people, faces, things that have affected their lives. Empathetic, knowledgeable, compassionate & can relate to patients at & of all different levels so that they understand what is going on with their illness, their drugs, any procedures. Believes a patient when they have a ‘pain’ and not just fob them off. I literally have to thank her for my life when my ‘pain’ turned out to be breast cancer. All round great person & human being to dedicate herself to this profession & us.

an excellent listener, questioner who puts you at ease - very knowledgeable, very good memory - excellent continuity of care over a long period - compassionate, honest - makes sure the patient understands what's going on
