Never known a doctor cover up his face with a mask, when I said flu, On another previous encounter Also wanted two lots of tablets which I said and he printed one lot, I said only printed one, he started moaning about it. Quick enough to get me out the door when having flu, Not really happy with this doctor and try to avoid making appointments with this person. Everyone has the right of their opinion which in opinion is right.
This doctor isn't interested at all. He just fobbed me off and told me my issue would clear up. He wasn't listening, wasn't caring or supportive. Talked over me and wanted to get rid of me.
I have seen Dr Crispin-Chavez on several occasions, over the last few months, I relation to chest pains, indigestion and high blood pressure. Having discussed my symptoms and general life style he recommended some sensible life style changes along with medication. Having followed his recommendation, I’m now back on track to a much more enjoyable life. I found Dr Crispin-Chavez quite direct and straight talking, which is exactly what I want from my doctor, the facts without padding.
I was diagnosed by by another substantive GP in the practice and had returned for discussion of my recent blood test results and treatment options. Dr Crispin-Chavez was indifferent, uncompassionate, dismissive and provided no professional opinion of my treatment choices. My overriding view was that he wanted to expedite my consultation as quickly as possible by closing down any questions that I asked by replying it was up to me how I deal with it. I felt that the appointment was completely wasted and still have no treatment plan for my condition. This doctor’s arrogance and diffidence needs urgent review as his total lack of communication does not foster trust or confidence. He shows a distinct lack of compassion and care for his patient which would make me question why he is in the profession.
