Dr Gordon initially saw me and then suggested a review so that he could, personally, review the symptoms. Following the review Dr Gordon referred onto a specialist as an urgent referral. Dr Gordon has been in contact with me to enquire whether I have received the urgent appointment. I find that very supportive. Fortunately I have the ability to navigate through the various process and it's reassuring to know that if there are others who find this a struggle that someone like Dr Gordon is chasing on their behalf

We arrived at children's emergency at UCLH and were received by all the staff with kindness, consideration and professionalism. Flu is not life-threatening for a thirteen year old girl so we did not mind the wait. When Dr Daniel called us he was kind, patient and gentle with someone whose English is not that proficient. He even took the trouble to use Hebrew when she did not understand. His diagnosis and prognosis were accurate. He instilled confidence in both the child and the concerned grandmother. A great doctor with all the attributes necessary for efficient primary care. Thank you Dr Daniel.
