Dr. Marshall is a people person. He dispels the view that doctors struggle with people skills and is medical support at its best. Alfred is eight, and Dr. Marshall (or Chris as he introduced himself) made my son feel very comfortable. On hearing my son describe part of the procedure in relation to star wars, was kind enough to use that reference throughout. Everything was explained easily, and Alfred was very comfortable. As a dad, it was also helpful to see my son made to feel comfortable, I was included throughout, and the whole process was made very easy by the way Chris and his team approached everything. Thank you Chris and the whole team. (PS enjoy your surfing this summer)

Dr. Marshall was very professional and nice when he saw me just before my operation, making me feel at ease as I was anxious and a bit nervous. He explained what is going to happen and if I have any questions . Then while at the operating room, he is still talking to me making me feel at ease and also explaining what's being done to me in preparation for the general anesthesia being administered to me. Then the next thing i knew, I was already in the recovery room, I then stayed in the ward for a few hours until I'm stable enough to go home. And while on the ward, while waiting to go home, Dr. Marshall dropped by to see how I am, making sure that I was ok and recovering well. Great patient care and highly recommended..Thank you .

Having experienced several operations in the last few years I found Dr Marshall to be the ideal Anaesthetic Consultant any patient would require. He was very professional, clearly knowledgeable (as to be expected from a Consultant) and skilfully outlined his procedure in plain English. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions to which he responded comprehensively. He did not rush our meeting and exuded confidence which all patients would welcome. I could tell he was a team player and his colleagues fully respected him as a Consultant.

I found Dr Marshall very professional but also very down to earth and caring, he really helped put any anxieties at ease and chatted the whole way through the procedure making sure i knew what was happening and what was going to happen next, he was always checking in making sure i was feeling ok and if i felt unwell at all he acted very quickly to make me feel better,
