I was very impressed with the down to earth/matter of fact advice given. The procedure which had to be carried out was as Chris put it 'challenging' as I would be 'awake' during most of it but I had been told this prior to the procedure so was fully prepared. I fully appreciate the professional way he and his theatre colleges carried out the procedure on myself, they treated me with great kindness & care telling me when things were going to happen & why. It was unpleasant but was made 'do able' by their great professionalism. I can not fault them in anyway.
