I presented with a swollen neck after having a thyroidectomy and was considered an emergency. Dr Marshall was incredibly kind and made me feel right at ease given that I was so anxious. He listened to everything I said and even injected some humour into a very difficult day for me. I am hugely grateful to him and everything he did.

Dr Marshall and I met when on the morning I was due to have surgery. He made me feel instantly at ease and I felt so safe. He was so easy to talk to and so professional. My recovery was so different to any other I have had previously and I believe it was down to you and your team. Thank you so much

Dr Marshall provided exceptionally good care, especially as I was suffering with extreme hay fever on the day of my operation and initiated a dose of antihistamine, which worked well. Dr Marshall was very professional, kind and caring and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything that was going to happen, together with chatting about everyday things to take my mind off what was happening. I would definitely feel comfortable in his presence should the need arise to have anaesthetic administered by Dr Marshall in the future, especially having had a previous bad experience with another anaesthetist, although this was not at Worthing Hospital.

Dr Chris Marshall was a lovely Dr that took the time to explain to me slowly what was going to happen .He assured me I would be well looked after and to make me as comfortable as possible without being into much pain when I woke up .I woke from my op not being sick ,and with no pain and not having the horrible rubber taste in my mouth ,so all in all very satisfied with my Anaesthetist and how my operation went .
