I saw Dr Warrilow for removal of 2 cysts at Charing Surgery. I cannot fault him at all, from explanation of procedure, the actual surgery and post surgery details everything was brilliant. His wife assisted him and what great team work, thank you to the both .

I saw Dr Bill Warrilow today for a BCC removal from my neck , I attended as an outpatient so this was the first time I had met him and his brilliant reputation I had heard of from many friends who were his patients , and I must say I was totally impressed with Dr Warrilow`s professional approach to me as a patient , together with his surgery skills in dealing with my problem , I have total trust in his ability and would absolutely recommend him .

Put at ease throughout the whole procedure.Everything explained before, during and after. Shown procedure through diagrams. Aftercare written down. Lovely friendly doctor who has a brilliant assistant.

Doctor Warrilow carried out minor surgery for me on his last day at Charing Surgery; I'm sure he will be greatly missed, as I found the whole experience totally relaxing! He explained what he planned to do, complete with sketches, and gave running commentary as he worked, making sure I was not in any pain at any time. We had some common ground as I had worked as surgical equipment manufacturer before I retired, and we seemed to have time to discuss some of the significant changes in recent times! The result of the procedure has been excellent, with the scar rapidly disappearing. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs surgery, in a friendly and completely proffesional environment.

Dr Warrilow and his wife was amazing. They were not only really knowledgeable and took their time to explain the procedure fully. He made sure I understood and was happy with what was going to happen. He made the whole process as relaxing as possible and were really friendly. Both of them are a real credit to the NHS. I really can’t say enough about them and would recommend them completely. I would like to thank them for everything they have done for me.
