Dr Trevor Stanley

I have known Dr Stanley for some 20 years. Have always found him to be a caring doctor and one I have total confidence in. He has helped me to manage a long term condition.

Always takes time to listen. Feel fully confident in his diagnosing and of medication prescribed. Is very understanding and respectful of patient.

Dr Stanley is absolutely fantastic, my father was very poorly and he diagnosed and sorted his issues, he took great time in explaining what was wrong with me and my mother and booked another appointment to see my father in a few days to ensure the medication was doing the trick on his heart, he is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards his patients, we need more Dr Stanley's in our surgeries. Haysbank Surgery and all its staff are first class.

What a lovely man. Came out to my partner at 8pm, gave a thorough exam was not rushing off stayed and chatted for half an hour or so, all the things he said he would arrange he did first thing the following morning. Put our minds at rest.

I have always been dealt very professionally by Dr.Stanley and, before him, Dr.Powell and I have been satisfied the advice and treatments given.My only concern would be the difficulty of getting an appointment with the doctor of my choice and within a very short delay.

I visited Dr Stanley on 19 th December .i had had a chest infection for two weeks and two lots of antibiotics. The second lot cured the infection but I was left with severe pain in my back. I visited Dr Stanley who after listening to my medical history thought I might have a pulmonary embolism. I was sent to William Harvey where I was diagnosed as having clots in both lungs. This Dr was amazing even at the end of a busy day,he took time to listen. I can't thank him enough.

Dr Stanley listened and dealt with all the issues raised in a calm and very thorough way. A plan for my treatment was made and I left the surgery feeling relief and feeling safe.
