My apointment was at 9:00. I was there with my 2 years old daughter at 8:50. We see the doctor at 10:05. This is unacceptable situation. She said that its happened, becouse some of the patients needs more time for consultation, and she sorry about that. But within all this time, nobody has come to tell mewhat is going on. In the same time I can read on the screen in the waiting area, that if you are late 10 min. you need to book another apointment, because the doctor not gonna see you. What if the doctor are late 60 mins.? Nothing? You are a patient only. You can wait. They do not care about you. You have to care about them. And wait, and wait, and.....

EXCELLENT VIEWS; Dr Bettina Kleine is exceptional both as a first class professional doctor and as some one who genuinely cares. I believe Dr Kleine's approach is the one I would classify as how "I Want Great Care" to be. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE; Dr Kleine diagnosed my cervical tumor, so that I completely recovered after subsequent surgical removal. I had been previously told by other Dorset doctors that my stomach cramp symptoms were nothing to worry about. A year later Dr Kleine diagnosed my unusual hormone levels to be caused by a brain tumor. Whereas, Sussex doctors had informed that my headaches were nothing to worry about. I understand Dr Kleine even went the extra mile to specifically train in the field of my brain tumor condition. Post brain tumor surgery, Dr Kleine now continues to take care of me on a more regular basis. Despite my sometimes emotional state, Dr Kleine offers motivation and positive support, while ensuring I continue to receive the correct treatment. CONSTRUCTIVE SUGGESTIONS; I believe Dr Bettina Kleine to be an exceptional role model for all care professionals. Please persuade Dr Kleine to stay with her patients for as long as possible!

I took my 8 week old daughter to see Dr Klein last Tuesday. I made her aware that my daughter was 9weeks 2days premature, and had a real bad cough & crackly chest. I told her that her cough was making her bring up every feed so I was worried that she was going to dehydrate herself. She told me she would prescribe her something to put in her milk. I waited all day for the prescription, when my dad went to collect it she had prescribed her gaviscon infant. Luckily, I read the instructions which clearly state twice not to give to premature babies. Something Dr Klein was aware that my daughter was very premature (still not at her due date). I rang the doctors and was put through to the pharmacist who advised me not to give this to my daughter and to ring back and speak to a doctor in the morning. This I did, however when I rang they could not give me a telephone consultation until the following day. My premature baby was not keeping her food down yet they were in no rush to help me. I ended up taking my daughter to the walk in and A&E. There she was admitted with bronchiolitis, and was hospitalised for 4 days. She needed oxygen and to be fed through a tube. When I asked the hospital if this could have been prevented if diagnosed sooner they advised she wouldn't have been as bad as she was. I think this is utterly poor practice which caused unnecessary added pain for my daughter. Not happy.

Response from Dr Bettina Kleine

Thank you for sharing your view on the website. I am sorry your daughter suffered a RSV infection and that her bronchiolitis required oxygen treatment. Unfortunately, I am not able to make a specific response to these comments on this public forum due to my duty of patient confidentiality. You might be aware that the NHS has a complaints procedure which allows patients or their representatives to voice concerns, and for NHS providers to carry out an investigation into the circumstances of a case. I have included the website details where you can access more information on this below. http://www.nhs.uk/choiceintheNHS/Rightsandpledges/complaints/Pages/NHScomplaints.aspx In order to trigger this procedure, you simply need to write a letter to our Practice Manager. I would then be able to provide a detailed analysis and response. Ideally I would also then be able to meet with you to talk about what happened, listen to your concerns and explain the Practice and my views. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards Dr Bettina Kleine
