She spends time with you and doesn,t keep to the 10 minute slot if she hasn,t finished with you. She is friendly and explains everything that is happening to you in detail. In the last few months my husband has become a completely different person health wise and I only wish I had found her earlier.

Dr Kline is an exceptional doctor, who takes time to listen and understand the patients perspective. She doesn't just start writing the moment you walk in, she actually takes the time to listen. I am so glad that I decided to change surgeries, you do sometimes have to wait, but the understanding, care, treatment and professionalism in which she deals with you, is worth waiting an extra half an hour. I have seen doctors on time, who write you a quick prescription and never take the time to understand where you are coming from, they don't care about You but getting through a list of patients. I would rather have quality care which I might have to wait an hour extra for than take some quick fix that might not suit me. Dr Kline checked my history, DISCUSSED withe me options and treatments that were available and then progressed on to treatment. We tried several different treatments before we found one that worked for me, I received a consultants appointment within a couple of weeks rather than waiting months, and I feel valued as an individual rather than a number on a system. Keep up the good work DR Kline, I wish there were more doctors like you

My apointment was at 9:00. I was there with my 2 years old daughter at 8:50. We see the doctor at 10:05. This is unacceptable situation. She said that its happened, becouse some of the patients needs more time for consultation, and she sorry about that. But within all this time, nobody has come to tell mewhat is going on. In the same time I can read on the screen in the waiting area, that if you are late 10 min. you need to book another apointment, because the doctor not gonna see you. What if the doctor are late 60 mins.? Nothing? You are a patient only. You can wait. They do not care about you. You have to care about them. And wait, and wait, and.....

This doctor is very good but is always late. Our app was 9.30 n wasnt seen untill 10.40. By this point my 10month old was crying and tired and was not in the best of moods
