The surgery is only making appointments on the day ! I woke up and called straight at 8 am and the lines were already busy . How is that even possible??? The reception is usually rude . I asked to see my results for my blood tests and only been told the results are Is my right to access my results . Everything in that surgery is dreadful

Incompetent beyond belief! Medication ordering frequently not done after 4-5 days, incorrect dosages given and medications missing. Receptionist staff attitudes are a disgrace - rude, unhelpful, don’t listen well, don’t proactively try to help or offer solutions and show little if any empathy. Have to wait over a month if you want to book an appointment. On hold for 10-15 mins most times you call the surgery to actually speak to anyone. Will be looking to move to a better managed doctor’s surgery ASAP.

Terrible service. Almost impossible to get an appointment and when you do the GP is always running late. Avoid the surgery at all cost

A certain receptionist is extremely rude giving curt, terse responses to even the most simple query for example she smirked very deliberately when telling me I would have to wait several hours for a doctor to sign an urgent repeat for strong painkillers that had run out due to the surgery’s incompetence and still not having them ready after a week of waiting and it being a second visit to the surgery. Repeat prescriptions are often mismanaged and are either not ready after the 48 hours required (or a lot more!) or on several occasions the medicines issued have missed at least of of the medicines requested despite being told everything is in the bag. Appointments can only be booked a month in advance or you can attempt phoning in on the day in the morning (however it is unlikely anyone will actually pick up the phone) but this is extremely impractical with regard to organising child care and work arrangements at such short notice.
