Mr Jacob and his team were fantastic. They made you aware of what was going on all the time. The banter I had with the Anaesthetist when I was about to go I for my operation was very good made me feel at ease. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jacob when I fell,and broke my right and right hip. He is the most kindnes and polite gentleman, he came to see,on the ward and explained what he was going to do. After the operation he came to see me,,I could have asked for better treatment. All his staff gave the same care. I would certainly recommend him to,anyone. Thank you Mr Jacob.

Dr Jacob cared about my problem, he made me feel confident in his ability to fix my knee and he did fix my knee. I was back to normal within 4 weeks of my op. He was friendly and explained the procedure to me so that I understood what was going to happen. I have a fear of hospitals and operations but I trusted Dr Jacob and the whole team that were part of my surgery were great in making me comfortable and relaxed. I sincerely Thank you.
