The care we received was excellent. alot of care and attention was given and the use of the chair explained.

The care was excellent, the staff were understanding, patient and supportive. They taught us how to use the power chair safely and how to do basic maintenance. They were very knowledgeable and experienced.
The only thing I would have changed is possibly the venue. It was a bit noisy and there was little room for Ross to practice using the chair.

good communication on day, very plesent lady and man. explained how chair worked etc very well.

Received excellent care and I'm very happy with my chair. Was involved in choosing for my needs and everything was explained in detail about each individual char on offer.

Communication was lacking the overall wait was disappointing but we understood that charities have to source funding. First trike was completely the wrong size so had to wait another 4 month overall 2 1/2 years is disappointing.
Now that we have the trike it is appreciated.
