The service is provided by a private company (AJM); my son had spinal surgery in June-18 and the wheelchair he was using was not supporting him any more. Application for an appointment was made before the surgery and he was seen in Oct-18. 3months later we haven't had any feed back/update or news of any modifications they agreed to do, despite the numerous emails send to them from ourselves, OT and physio. We are now looking into funding the modifications to the wheelchair privatelly.
