The Whizz Kidz team were amazing! From the assessment, through choosing an appropriate powered wheel chair and add-ons, to receiving the chair itself, we were supported every step of the way. The staff were understanding, patient and helpful, providing information, taking our individual circumstances into account and meeting our needs. The team kept in contact with phone calls and emails, sending brochures and updating us of progress. They were knowledgeable in guiding us through decision making process and with using/caring for the equipment. I am confident that when we need help in the future with servicing and repairs, I know how to contact them and they will be there to help us.

Just the very very best of service from Grant (who delivered and fitted the chair), who is always so kind and helpful and a real font of knowledge, Marja the Therapist who advised and answered all our question and really makes the whole service feel so personal to Anna who made all the logistical arrangements - can't praise everyone enough.
Even when a slight hiccup was discovered, everything was handled so kindly and professionally - Thank you x
