I have been treated with the best care and attention from Tracey Ellis who is a very professional Consultant Radiographer. My ongoing treatment for prostate cancer with Tracey is I think, second to none and I have total confidence in her, she has explained every stage of my treatment perfectly, precisely and in layman's terms, which has been very reassuring. And I must also thank ALL the staff at the Royal Preston Hospital with whom I came in contact with on my many visits, where fantasic!

My appointments with Tracey were more or less on time so I didn't have to sit about waiting. Tracey was in the room and welcoming as I went into the appointments so I didn't just get moved from the waiting room into another room and have to wait for her to come in as I have experienced with other appointments with health professionals. Tracey had a good comforting manner and explained things well and answered our questions with knowledge and in a manner that we could understand.
