Mrs Shaw is the ultimate, knowledgable professional. Her manner with patients is exemplary. She is well organised and made my appointment on the 28April run efficiently and thoroughly but with a very human, understanding and caring approach. She explained the process of mask fitting, helped to make appropriate treatment appointments, medication and pharmacy needs which also met my circumstances for dates and transport, which is a concern living some distance away into Cumbria. I came away, from a calm environment, with all the information I needed and questions answered at what is a very difficult and challenging time for me at the moment. Her friendly manner, was which was much appreciated, extended to my friend who was with me on the day. That acknowledgment matters a lot. I thought the organisation of the centre and reception was excellent especially given all the NHS challenges and needs for safety, social distancing and controlled flow though of patients getting though the many appointments. Congratulations to all.
