Efficient, interested in the problem and willing to explain what he was doing, equipment involved with my son, and my daughter who was also with us.
Very clearly knew what he was doing and quietly confident, calm and professional.

I had an emergency appointment having taken ill during the day - Chris Wood conducted a set of tests, during which he explained clearly what he was doing and why. I felt reassured that he was being thorough and like the fact he asked if I had any questions.
