Well done to endoscopy unit for kind, caring medical staff who are providing an excellent service under extraordinary conditions. Such professionalism - you are a credit to the NHS.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the endoscopy unit receptionist who was brusque, rude and extremely unhelpful.
