Claire Lower my Optician and her Colleague Jenny Buckley-Jones , talked me through all my Eye care needs and where both extremely helpful to me as a deaf pensioner. explaining everything in a professional manner with a cheery smile. I in the Boots in Princes Street Edinburgh. I was then attended to by Katherine who did the payment options with me and she was also extremely patient and helpful. they where all a delight. This team of people I cannot recommend more highly Claire Jenny and Katherine where all brilliant. I have just come home and am very happy with the overall shopping experience.
