My critisim is about this survey: it wiped my lengthy comment in this section because I remembered the optometrist's name and I was "re-directed" to answer more questions. In short: great staff, friendly, efficient, re-assuring and clear about costs, options, possiblities and (important!) possible problems (fit of some frames, possibilities and limitations of varyfocal lenses). Jenni was extremly helpful with choosing my frames and lenses. thank you!

The Optometrist was exceptional good at carrying out my 2yr old daughters first eye check. She worked quickly but gently and used language my daughter could understand.

I was impressed by the friendliness & skill of the optometrist who counducted both my eye test and contact lens examination. She also asked me if I had any questions at the end of my examinations and gave me some advice on reading glasses that I asked for. As well as explaining that I could get new glasses at a reduced rate through the Boots vision plan.
