My immediate impression of Jane was that she was very knowledgeable about my condition. She was also very caring, efficient and competent. I felt I was in safe hands. Despite being presented with my urgent case on a busy Sunday afternoon she was patient and reassuring which put me at ease. Staff also ensured that I would see Jane at my follow up appointment. She was just as patient etc as she had been previously. I am most grateful to her for her care and attention. She is a star!
