I've always found smear tests horrendous but I didn't even feel the one I was given by this nurse. She was also very personable and friendly and put me at ease.

I saw Ms Vitiello in several occasions and she always took great care of me and my baby. She is a very attentive nurse who listens to your concerns and shows lots of empathy. I don’t consider changing to a different GP surgery because of her!

The nurse had exceptional service and made me feel very comfortable as she had a friendly and professional approach. I Jane always dreaded my cervical smear test but this was my first time feeling at complete ease!
